At Avantiico, we believe in a smooth and seamless hiring process; everything from your initial application to the interview process and beyond is tailored to fit the unique hiring needs of the Avantiico Academy. Avantiico prides itself on the relationships built with clients and customers throughout the years. The main pillar of success in the academy will be determined by one’s ability to engage in a client-facing role. If you have a natural ability to establish rapport with customers, clients, and colleagues, or have an extroverted personality, you might be a great fit for the consulting forward Academy positions at Avantiico.

Understanding the Application Process
The Avantiico Academy is an in-company 90-day training program to in-company job placement. Due to the unique nature of the Avantiico Academy, we have outlined everything you need to know before applying, including the scope of the application process.
1. Search Open Listings
Browse through open academy listings to begin your search and apply to the Avantiico Academy. You will be asked to submit a resume and fill out a brief questionnaire.
2. Qualify & Interview
The Academy interview process includes three stages following the submission of your application. Click on the button below to learn more about the types of interviews you'll go through.
3. Join the Program
Once accepted, you will receive an offer letter for the Avantiico Academy and an initial job placement at Avantiico. You will join a group of Academy members for that specific Academy.

The Interview Process
The Avantiico hiring process has three stages following the submission of your application. You can toggle the different interviews to the right to learn more about what to expect during each interview.
During the Avantiico Academy application process the Avantiico Talent Acquisition team will remain in contact with you. We encourage you to reach out to our team should you have any questions, comments or application updates for us.
30-60 minute interview where we can get to know each other better. This is an opportunity to tell us your professional goals and how they can be developed through the Academy. We will tell you more about Avantiico, our values, and mission and answer any questions you may have about the Avantiico Academy offerings.
45-60 minute interview to discuss your application and resume in greater detail. This allows you to tell us more about your skills and experiences, and more about what interests you about the Avantiico Academy. This opportunity allows us to have a greater understanding of your current skills and ensure that the Avantiico Academy course aligns with both your experiences and professional goals outlined in the first interview.
The final interview stage of the Avantiico Academy hiring process is a presentation or demonstration. You will be asked to present a topic or idea. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your communication skills, demonstrate analytical thinking, and professional conduct.
Receiving an offer
Academy Acceptance
Following the three stage hiring process the Avantiico Talent Acquisition Team will communicate application updates with you. Should you be selected to fill one of the 2-3 positions per Academy program, you will receive the training to job placement Avantiico Academy offer.

The Avantiico Academy is designed to be a remote training program, however select in-person opportunities to connect with mentors and peers will be included in the 90-day training to job-placement program at our headquarters in Southern California.
The Avantiico Academy application process will involve submitting your application/resume, three interview stages, followed by an offer for a position.
Graduates will gain a job placement in the associated department for the two Academy positions, be assigned a mentor and a peer-buddy. From there they will be positioned to excel as a professional at a Microsoft Gold Partner and start to apply the Academy teachings on the job.
Avantiico will pay an entry-level salary to graduates with limited benefits that are included until after two months of the training program. Once the training and required certifications have been completed, an increase will be awarded for successful completion of all the hard and soft skills learning tracks.
